6. Role of HoySearch
HoySearch is a listing and discovery platform. We are not the direct seller, landlord, agent, or party to any transaction between users.
7. User responsibility
Always verify a listing — including ownership, condition, and documents — before sending money or signing any agreement. HoySearch is not responsible for losses from unverified transactions.
